Munch Bakery was founded and is led by Ibrahim Alshemimry, an expert in food science and engineering who also serves as CEO. Ibrahim has devised all the manufacturing processes and production efficiency, from raw material to final packaging, earning him hundreds of millions of dollars and spawning over 200 formulations. He employs 400 people, operates 45 shops, and has 800 supermarkets across the GCC area, where he has found great success and received various honors.
Mohammed is an accomplished executive with a wealth of knowledge in the areas of company strategy and finance. He's been a member of Munch Bakery since 2011, and he's worked in finance for over 16 years. The firm would not be where it is now without his knowledge of business strategy and financial management.
